i dont have the official call for it. but i am 100% sure that they will work for ics.

Roms I have used: Ultimate Droid, BB and petes gpa's, pe, cyan, ss,miui, liquid, and chevy.
Now-[U]GPA19
Galaxy Nexus!

1. When saying what phone or rom you have, make sure to include the word rocking or rockin as a verb in the sentence.
I'm gonna go with all apps will work with ICS
No sense in making a whole new OS if they're just gonna ignore backward compatibility.

I'm going to go with - some apps will not work with ICS. However, I do predict that developers will offer updates to apps quickly. That is what we encountered with the Bionic. There were apps that would not immediately work with 2.3.4, but now do.
