    WaveSecure would be pretty decent too, the approximate gps location with and then possibly pictures of them if they are stupid enough? Sounds good to me.

    Why is this app from Lookout free? I mean, someone spend the time and money to put this thing together and to offer it for free? I don't understand....what is the catch?

    Why are any of the free apps free? This isn't the first security app made. WaveSecure was rated by google and is free

    Two other things I know of can prevent an activation.

    1) ESN can be locked because it is still associated by an account that is not in good standing (unpaid)

    2) Your account may have changes blocked due to an existing pending change (this can be an error, changes can get stuck in the system, but CS should be able to see it if they look).
