    Does your camera button take a long press to open?

    Okay, so I was reading in another topic and saw about how people have this "perfect click" on their buttons, which I don't have, and that the camera responds to a click, but on my phone I have to hold the button down for a few seconds for it to kick on, is this normal or not?

    Yes. If you want to get to it faster you can go to the pull down menu or place a shortcut on your home screen.
