    Verizon return policy

    Does anyone know the return policy with verizon. I only bought it a couple weeks ago but it keeps locking up on me and i want a replacement. I also may have dropped it a few times so it looks beat up. Will they still give me a replacement??

    1 year warranty. Do it by phone if it's beat up, don't go in the store.

    Uh, hate the be the bearer of bad news but if they figure that your dropping it caused the trouble - even doing the return by phone can stick you with a charge after the fact.
