    SNESoid Issue

I have an issue with the SNESoid where it won't recognize my files. Ive made sure that I put them into a folder on the sd card, and when I check, its not there. It says no files found. My files are in .7z format. Can anyone help? thanks.

.7z is a compressed file, similar to .zip or .rar... uncompress them and you should end up with .smc files. transfer those to the sd card. good luck

Use astro download manager to unzip roms. Downloading rom's and unzipping them can all be done from your phone. I have lots of games on my droid and have never plugged it into my computer.

If you download the files as a .zip you do not need to unzip them the program can run them as is. In fact its better not to unzip them because they are smaller that way and take up less space on your sd card.

Oh I totally agree....where is he getting the roms from that are in that format. I download roms from three diff sites and all three are in .zip format...maybe he could uncompress them then zip them again so they are in a .zip format. Or just go to a site that already offers them that way. Probably the easiest of the two.
