I just downloaded the new free version of this from his website (after the market pulled it). I've got my roms up and running, but cannot map the physical keyboard on my Droid 2. Only the virtual keyboard is working. Anyone have any ideas?

Mine too... I remember it worked on my OG Droid, but psx4droid 3.0 will not let me use the keyboard. If I go to map keys, it senses them fine, but in a game they simply don't do anything... anyone got any ideas?

Seems the keyboard issue is the same for everyone, regardless of phone. The comments on his site are flooded with them.

My main problem is that save states aren't working. No, not from a previous release, but from 3.0.3 only. Tried with FF7, hit menu, save, select any slot, and I'm returned to the game with no messages. Then hit menu, load, and see all the slots are empty. Luckily, the actual save points in the game itself function fine, and load properly. Save states would be great though

Unfortunately I bought this when it was still for sale and it never worked quite right. Either save state issues, or screen scaling issues, etc. I'm since moved on FPse which works better for the most part, but it has its quirks. But at least i can actually use it.
Too bad Yongzh didn't make one. His emulators are the pinnacle or mobile emulation. The best hands down.

v3.0.5 is working perfectly now on my OG Droid

No you cannot uses saves from a different emu! BUT Instead of getting save states..
Get a memory card file and you will be able to use that I think.

I'm not sure where psx saves has the mem pak at though..

The memory cards are located in a folder on the sd card called .psx4droid. You can use memory card files from elsewhere if they are in mcr format. You just have to rename them to the same filename as the memory cards located in that folder. I imported my memory cards from ePSXe and can confirm it works.

i have a question, how do you play the game in the droid using those save files? i know the games saves them to the folder but i cant seem to find a way to load them
