Bionic Lag while charging

First, the charger that came with the phone stopped working. It indicated it was charging by the moving battery icon but it wouldnt ever go up. They sent me a new charger. Now sometimes, not all the time but most, it acts sluggish while typing. I have to type slow because the keyboard wont keep up.

Oh also, not sure if this matters but I kept loosing my data connection so support had me pull my sim while they updated something idk and had me moved my network to 3G because I don't have 4g where I live.

Anyway, the lag stops the instant I disconnect my charger.

Any ideas before I contact support AGAIN?

This happens to me with a cheap chinese charger....rarely if ever with my factory charger or my blackberry orig charger...

This has been an issue with Motorola Androids since the D1 - not sure why...

I called support and after lots of confusion on both ends we figured out that I have to use a Motorola charger instead of a Verizon charger.
I switched the USB wall plug to a Motorola and it works fine now. I wouldn't have thought there was a difference in current but there is and that slight difference makes DROIDs go retarded.
