    Help with .ips! Pokemon Hacks! And Visual Boy Advance GBA emulator

    I have a droid razr and I really want to play these pokemon hacks on my phone. The hacks come in an .ips file and your suppose to patch it and have the original rom that it was a hack of. Does anybody know how to get this .ips file running on my phone. I know what i am suppose to do just not how to do it. I have a mac so i cant run any windows prgrams to patch the .ips. Also, i heard the rom can only be played on a Visual Boy Advance. A type of GBA emulator. I cant find an apk for this. Does anybody have a link. PLease help.
