I'm afraid as long as there is a faction of people out there that prefer the "better in daylight" quality and think "there's nothing wrong with it" and moto keeps selling these devices, there won't be much of a change to it. Just like there is a huge portion out there that never want to see a slider/actual keyboard again, but there is still a group that won't buy a phone without a keyboard; therefore, they will keep making and selling them.

You're right, but I'm just shocked they continued this trend. Seems like they should be able to use their same Pentile tech and develop a screen with much a much higher PPI, as Sammy did with the Galaxy Nexus.

I wish the nexus had a keyboadr, I'm going to miss my d1 keyboard. Can you imagine the keys? I could actually confortably hit the with the size.
