    So far, I am 0 for 3 on the "upcoming dates" in the first post...

    No Nexus on the 27th Samsung confirms Oct 27th event, but it's for the Galaxy Note, not Nexus Prime

    I actually thought the 27th had already been said to not be the date. Also, I thought the Note had already been "unveiled".

    I think it has to get released in the US... I'm pretty sure that it's unveiled though, as you know from my post... :P Oh how I would Love that (is it a phone?) Ya... Phone, or maybe we should call it a phablet.

    If the Nexus doesn't get announced BEFORE the 27th, then something has to be going on. Why would they postpone the release because of Steve, not announce a re-scheduled date, and then proceed to unveil a different phone on the 27th? If the Nexus will really be announced in Hong Kong on the 19th, why hasn't it been made public yet? We knew about the 10/11 event weeks before. Something doesn't add up. I'm an auditor so it's my job to be skeptical. Sorry

    I know, I wondered why they didn't make a new date right when they announced it wasn't happening.
    Hopefully it's going to be a surprise! maybe everyone knows and just isn't supposed to tell!
