These are error messages that go to Alltel crossover customers that are now Verizon. I finally got through to a REAL tech person at Verizon and they have to be blocked via Verizons server by tech support. I have been looking for the answer to this quandry for months and no one could answer it until I finally got a Techie. So if u get them call and talk to Tech support directly NOT customer service.
