The Mobile Excellence Awards is going on right now on the backlot of Paramount Studios as part of the LA Mobile Entertainment Summit. The Mobile Excellence Awards, now in itís 3rd year celebrates all aspects of the mobile industry encompassing, media, technology, marketing and entertainment. Our own Brent Fishman will recap the entire event tomorrow morning but we were able to get a sneak on something truly awesome with photos!
We heard back in September that EA Sports is porting their infamous Madden franchise to Android devices running 2.1 or higher. They will be porting Madden Mobile 11, and again did you see that, to devices 2.1 and higher so no need to have Gingerbread when 2.1 will do. Now we have photos of the actual game being played on an Android device. Representatives from EA Sports who spoke to thedroidguy on conditions of anonynimity said that Madden should be ready for Android in the first quarter of 2011 (thatís only 6 weeks away). Check out these photos that our guy got from his blurry phone cam. The device is a Motorola Droid variant available in Japan.
