    System Update Confusion

    Just wanted to clear something up regarding system updates as there seems to be some misinformation around the forums.

    The Menu > About > System Updates will not FORCE your phone to get the update once they start being rolled out or once the update is announced.

    The only time that menu is used is if you decline to the update when you are notified. After you decline (for whatever reason) you can go to that menu and then immediately download the update.
