    Any dev want to help me out with a launcher appproject

    I have a concept for a launcher app but this would be my first android project and I'm not sure where to start. There's a picture of what I have so far. This isn't a final layout but it gets the main points across. I think it's pretty cool.

    I can see some little colors light flashing around that round thing like some type of ufo with lights spining around.
