Developing My Own Solution

Hey guys I am currently developing my own solution to fully flash the Moto Droid. I flashed a bunch of Droids and I know exactly how to root, change the rom, flash, and make the Internet & MMS work. But I was wondering if anyone knew how to root, flash rom, and write the NV items using Command Prompt. I would like to include that in my solution. I will provide everyone here my solution for free. I just need to find those things out to put them in my code. Now my solution will work for both 2.0.1 and 2.1 as well as it will work for Cricket, MetroPCS, and Boost. Thank you guys I really appreciate your help.
