No official stuff AFAIK, but you can use (Gameboid Lite[1][2] + GBA Bios[1] + Yu-Gi-Oh! GX - Duel Academy GBA Rom[1]) (I would prefer playing an official port for it just for the fun of clicking cards and sliding them around..)

Hahahaha, yeah I actually considered making a card game for android similar to Yu-Gi-Oh (couldn't be exactly the same because Konami owns those rights). If I decide to make one I'll keep you guys posted.
