    Compiling Java(Megamek) to run on android...how?

    I will first say this; I am not the most knowledgable person here by a long shot. Most of your acronyms mean nothing to me.
    However.
    I am trying to find a way to recompile the Java program 'Megamek" to run on Android. Everywhere I go and search the results are the same; references to programs that ask for filetypes I can't find, or discussions of possibilities without actual directions.
    So, I ask you.
    How would I go about compiling a program such as Megamek or Gametable to run on Android 2.0?
