Found this great opportunity to learn android development for free!! It's a 5 week course. You can attend in person if you live in the Seattle area, or online from anywhere.

Would be interesting if it wasn't in the middle of the afternoon (for me). Maybe they'll do a night course in the future.

If you sign up and participate online during the live presentations each Tuesday, it is free.

It will be recorded, but you have to pay for the full set of class recordings. They can be orded from the same website.

Will anybody record it for everyone that cant watch it? theres got to be some kind of way to record it. it looks interesting, but i dont know about paying for it.

Thanks for the heads up! I signed up, even though I'll miss the introduction tomorrow... hopefuly, they will let me view the rest of the course. With free developer information on Android development so few and far between, this is a great resource! Thank you!

It was a pretty useful class...right up until the end where the instructor sped though the final tutorial.
