boot own appli made in Eclips

Maybe it was already addressed but I can not find it.

We are developing a logistic application on a 7 inch tablet which had Android 2.2. The tablet start up in the normal schell or desktop of Android. We want that our application is coming up on boot time. So the user will only see our application on the terminal when booting and nothing from the Android schell.

How must we do this? Do we need to reflash the device? If yes are there special toolings for this?
