    How much would it cost for someone to make this

    I need someone to make a droid app for me for my website. What I want it to be able to do is the following.
    • Show the content on the frontpage
    • Alert a user if content for a selected section comes in
    • Allow users to submit articles through my current system
    • Allow for users to register through the app
    • Allow login
    • Allow commenting on articles
    Let me know what you need and the price

    Oh and my site runs using joomla
