Flash SP Recovery in ROM Manager and do an advanced nandroid backup. Piece of cake!

Could someone explain how to do that real quick? I've searched all over the forums last night and couldn't find a thing (other than how to flash an sbf using RSD Lite). Eventually I gave up and got the droid x recovery bootstrap along with CW Recovery and rom manager. But I'd still like to have this option available (doesn't hurt to be too safe right?).
Edit: SP Recovery is for Droid 1 only. For everything else, there's clockwork mod / clockwork recovery

Download sprecovery.sbf online, google it. then download rsdlite 4.9 and install from windows as administrator. Before you do that boot your phone in bootloader by pushing up on dpad on phisical keyboard and power at the same time then connect your usb flag and wait till its done, piece and let me know if you need help.
