alot of people have been asking how to do this, and its not something thats overly complicated, so i put together a quick quide for everyone on this..
Here is a short and simple easy to read DIY guide on chaning the color of notification in the notification/pull-down bar for android..
click the link below and D/L the file, and extract the contents onto your desktop, you should have a folder called "Notification Guide"
and inside that folder you should have another folder titled "READ ME" a hex application, and a PDF file..
Please post any questions/requests/bugs or anything else regarding this guide here..
