A Few Easy Questions

For right now I just have a couple of Simple (I think) questions:

1) About how much free RAM should should always be available in the Charge for it to run smoothly?

2) Is there a limit to the amount of apps downloaded to the phone, if the answer to the above question is maintained and their is still adequate storage space i.e. can the phones performance be affected by too many apps?

3) I am thinking of Rooting my phone and there are so many articles about rooting I'm not sure where to start i.e. which articles may be less reliable or if some can steer me in the wrong direction also, which article are well written (for clarity and accuracy). If anyone can suggest where to start I would appreciate it.

as long as your not having any issues i wouldnt worry about it, i could say a number but the bottom line is what works best for you.
if someone says 100 and people only have 50, they will get a bunch of apps to clean ram and make a problem where there was none.
thats why you have to go with what works best for you.

i havent heard of a limit, as long as they dont run in the background i dont see any reall issues, if you put alot of them on the sd card i would sugest you upgrade it to atleast a 6 or you may see some slow down. however if a bunch of the apps are trying to run in the background that will surely cause some lag in the phone.

we have some here in the hacks forum and a bit more in the development forum in my sig.
in a day or 2 we will have the latest ginderbread leak posted, its rooted, runs smooth, ive been on it a few weeks. i would suggest flashing it instead of just rooting.
