TwLauncher pop ups

After flashing the EP1W GB debloated root, I've been getting a popup that says the TWlauncher has stopped unexpectedly. How can I fix this?

you could install a custom launcher from the market or, unfortunately, re-flash the W leak.
occasionally there can be errors when flashing, rare but it happens, its not a bug in the build.

If I reflash, my phone's memory would be erased right?

its always recommended to wipe before flashing, if you didnt do that before you flashed that could be why you got the error.
im not sure if it will delete everything, some yes,...

you will need CWM if you dont have it installed already.
in cwm, wipe data, cache, and dalvik cache(in advanced menu) twice each i recommend then pull the battery/shut down (do not let it boot), now the phone is wiped you can start to flash the leak or whatever you want.
