    I have my contacts but -- where are my texts??

    I thought the backup assistant took care of both texts as well as contacts. When I switched over to Bionic yesterday, I got my contacts but I don't have my saved texts. Did I miss a step somewhere?

    I think you have to use a market app to backup/restore texts.

    I was using GO SMS Pro before the move to the Bionic. After some research into the additional features, it turns out I did not use the cloud service prior to the move so the texts are lost forever. Lesson learned!
