Update problem

Every time I check for an OTA update it says check for update is unavailable at this time try again later. It has done this for the past three days and some times it just says searching for available update but never loads. Is this related to the release of the update being put in the system meaning it will be available to the general public as an OTA before long or is it just another related data drop issue I ask cause I never had this problem before only just recently did the issue arise. And all the while I do in fact have a data connection when this happens

There is no update because it hasn't been released.

There is an update it just has not been released yet. But normally it tells me my phone is currently up to date and there is no update needed at this time but as I said I have not gotten that for the past three days and the data loss issue has significantly gotten worse!

Believe me, you're more likely to see "I JUST GOT THE UPDATE " threads before you see it on your phone.
