    Please Help: Phone Won't Come On

    I bought the Bionic the day that it came out and it has been great. But this evening I was playing "Hanging with Friends" and the screen went blank then went to the black screen with the "Dual Core Technology" logo. Now I can't get it to turn back on... I have taken the battery out and back in several time. I have plugged it up, but the battery wasn't even low when it went off, so that shouldn't matter. The most I can get it to do is just go to the "Dual Core" logo, but the last few times I have tried it has done nothing. Please help! I can't go without my phone!! Any ideas??

    Try hard reset. After battery had been pulled for 15 seconds, hold down the power button for 15 seconds. Put batery back in and restart. This might work.
