Can't open downloads

Up until a few days ago I was able to open icon packs I had downloaded from droidpirate.com. Now when I try to create a new icon, our even just try to open file, I get error that it can't find jpg or png file. I gave rebooted phone, tried different file managers, but to no avail.

Any suggestions?

When connected to your computer, can you see them? What browser are you using too dl the files?

Have not tried. I use the installed browser. Odd thing is it worked 2 days ago, but not yesterday

I'll poise this suggestion...
As I'm not privy as to wether any possible changes that may have taken place were on your end or the sites?
I can suggest,... Head to tweekmydevice's YouTube channel and check out their outerwear installment...
It tells you how to set up the browser when downloads don't work, see if that fixes your particular issue and comment ," Shadowravyn2011 sent his best, lol"
