    Volume down rocker is unresposive

    Randomly today the volume down button stopped working. Volume up still works fine. I've tried power cycling and battery pulling, but that has not solved the problem. Is a factory reset in my future? Thanks

    That sounds more like a hardware failure. If you can duplicate the problem on demand, take it back, show them, and get a new phone.
