I agree; except for when Verizon's network failed, other than that my experience with this device has been awesome.

What bothers me is this locked bootloader. I remember the press releases that motorola would unlock their devices like other manufacturers that made the same claim.

I feel that it was a lie to get my money and that pisses me off!

I have never had issues either, 15mb/download on 1 bar, 34/mb download on 4, and never had loss of data.

Just got my Bionic yesterday, rooted it today, and this is the first ROM I've put on it. I think I'll be keeping it for some time, thanks for the great work.

To continue the current discussion, I haven't had any data loss issues in the short time I've had my Bionic with this ROM installed, but I am in a 3G only area with my wireless settings on CDMA only.

I think there is some blur still left over. But if you get the Pur3 add on, you can a blurless rom

Quick question regarding this rom. When I tether (and I pay $30 a freaking month for) my laptop and my girlfriend's laptop have difficulty connecting. And when and if they finally do, it works for say 5 min. Example: I start downloading a good sized file like iTunes just to test. It gets to about 40mb then the throughput just stops. The transfer rate progressively goes from about 500k/s to 0 and the file never finishes. Should I just go back to stock as I don't remember having this problem prior. And I used shifter for a month before and had the same issue. I use the tethering frequently and being that I pay for it, I obviously want it to work. Any ideas?

    Thanks
