About to update my phone from 242 to 246 and I'm trying to make sure I have a grasp of everything. I'm surprised there's no "step by step" or video on youtube showing someone actually doing this. By "step by step" I mean installing each of the parts for HoB in the particular order mentioned a page or 2 back.Expected ICS late Q3 or Q4(2012). I called it back in February 2012!
Now Expecting JB late Q2 2013. I called it back in October 2012!
