08-30-2012 10:45 PMI did not read the thread thoroughly and thought you wanted me to rename the 242 zip file to read 238 then proceed with the update as if I was updating 238. That did not go well and I got a status 7 error when I tried to flash the "238" file. Now I am soft (hopefully) bricked. I tried doing an update to 235 from the sdcard but the phone did not like that either.

08-30-2012 11:25 PMI am back to 238 but the Updater is not working. I created a 242 folder in the HoB folder. I copied the zip file to the same folder. Since it was already labeled 67242 I did not rename it. I connected the phone and ran the addupdate. It ran the first time without finding anything then when I tried again, it gives me a "press any key to conitnue" and when I do, the window closes.

08-30-2012 11:48 PMDid you download the 242 support from the op. After i ran that package it installed just fine in hob. After that then you can run the hob to update to 242
