Yes, yes and yes. I restarted windows to see if that helps.

Yikes. You may have seriously bricked it in a way that I may not be able to fix. SIGH.I have another thought but if it doesn't work, this isn't good at all.
One thing you can try....copy this and save it into a batch file and put it in the 238 directory.
That needs to be run when the phone is in AP Fastboot. Make sure windows recognizes the phone. If that doesn't work, I'm truly out of ideas.Code:echo off ..\utils\moto-fastboot flash cdt.bin cdt.bin ..\utils\moto-fastboot flash system ..\905_FXZ\system.img ..\utils\moto-fastboot flash boot boot.img ..\utils\moto-fastboot flash preinstall ..\905_FXZ\preinstall.img![]()
Somehow managed to get RSD to recognize my phone... right now it's at 2/6 flash system. We'll see what happens... thanks a lot for your help!!!
EDIT: Made it to 5/6 reboot-bootloader and it seems to be stuck again.

I'm TRULY wishing the best for you man. When it's done, RSD will be in an error state. That's ok and desired. Just turn off the phone, boot into recovery like I showed you above, and flash 238. Wipe the cache before rebooting for good measure. And PRAY.
John, As far as the rest of it, Samurai its the man. But I had this happen to me. Maybe you are experiencing the same thing. I installed 235 on my personal laptop without a hitch. When I tried to load 238 on the same computer, it would not see the phone. I had to load 238 on my desktop. I did not have the other problems you are but maybe a different computer may help you run Samurai's fix.
Edit: Disregard above. Let us knows what happens!

Texas is where I want to be...
It can be finicky sometimes at recognizing the phone. Especially if you get into a failed flash state. Not good at all. Since it's flashing now I'm HOPING that means it's on the path to being fixed.
I received a FAIL from RSD Lite. When I rebooted into recovery, I received an Invalid Flash Mode error.

It shouldn't get stuck at that. But, at this point it's flashed, so, shut it off, disconnect it from USB, kill RSD, and boot it into recovery and see what happens.
What's up Samuri... chillin on your side of the forum world :-)
