Build.prop altered

Hi, I went to install the new .904 update but I got an error saying something was wrong with build.prop ( I believe the error code was 7). I installed volume+ a little while ago and made some adjustments to the in call volume which required root since the program had to make changes to build.prop. Stupid me I never made a backup. There is an option in volume+ to get rid of these changes. I tried that but still get an error trying to install. 904. Can someone help me get the build.prop file back to normal? I am not a programmer by any means so any help would be appreciated. Btw I am running. 902 now and rooted. I am not so worried about not being able to install. 904. But I wanna make sure this is fixed before ICS starts rolling out. Thanks guys, regards.

Anyone? Did some looking on google and it seems I need a stock build.prop file for .902. Is this correct? If hes can someone post one for me?

Back up with TB; pull your SD card (flashing with RSDlite will erase your SD data) then flash 902. You will have clean stock blur then. Update to 904 if you wish, root with Motofail, reinstall TB and restore.

Can I backup in recovery with bionic bootstrap? That's called nandroid backup right? I don't have TB. Plus TB won't backup my settings, just my programs, right.

On the data part yes; not sure about the blur settings. You can download the free version of TB. I would also copy all of your phone data to a PC as an added precaution. Bootstrap backups have been known to not work properly.

Thanks. Question though. If all I have is my phone rooted and I debloat before trying to install. 904 and the error I get has to do with the build.prop, can't I just replace that file with a stock one? Or is it not that simple? If you look at my op you can see that I believe the build.prop changed from stock after volume+ made some changes.
