.893 fastboot flash fails

Flashed the Eclipse 2.0 rom yesterday and it was working fine, now all of the sudden my phone is freezing up so much today requiring a battery pull every time. Using the .893 Fastboot Files that were just released and flashing fails on random steps in the 22 step process. What can I do to remedy this because I need my phone for work. Ive tried an OEM cable, aftermarket cable, front usb slot, back usb slot....nothing works. Please help because I'm at a total loss here. I've been tweaking and rom'ing for 2 years now so I know what I'm doing 99% of the time. If it would just finish the flashing process it would be fine but randomly stopping at various points during the process is ticking me off.
