.893 with webtop help

Hey guys,
I'm currnelty on .893 and i just installed the webtop hack but i have 5.7.893 without the webtop. Does anyone know a fix for this yet or a thread that has already been posted about fixing it? I need webtop for work because I sell the Bionic and want to display NFL network on our TV to attract customers.

This is what I used to flash webtop. I've really never used it so I'm not sure if it works but I still flashed in case I decide to use it. Hope it works for ya.

No problem, out of curiosity, can you flash webtop once rom is installed? You could try that, just make a backup first to be on the safe side.

It's not a whole rom I tried flashing it already and it went through but when I connect hdmi and click webtop nothing happens

Oh yes I have flashed that already sorry I misunderstood. I have that but since webtop is unavailable it doesn't let me actually webtop. Mirroring works fine but throe actual webtop feature does not

I'm having some similar problem. My hdmi mirroring worked perfectly when I had the phone running stock (I never had the opportunity to test webtop). Now after updating the kernel and radio and installing a custom rom, nothing happens at all when I plug in the cable. There's no notification or anything. Should I try a different rom, or perhaps go back to stock w/ root? My bionic is running 5.7.893, TheoryRom Purity Ice 2.5.

EDIT:

I tried completely re-installing the base 2.3 Theory Purity rom. I made sure to wait a full 15 minutes after I left recovery. This fixed the issue. Hope it helps someone else. The waiting period after a new installation is extremely critical for many things.
