About LinkBacksWhether it is application that is ~200 kB or a larger one like Google maps the phone is refusing downloads on 4G telling me to use WiFi instead.
Is my data being throttled?
Have used a lot of data this month, with Skype video chats and NFL network viewing.
Any ideas?
I'm rooted, debloated, but I don't tether.
