Here's a more or less universal charger. I tried it on a few different phone batteries and it worked, though haven't on my Bionic. It's also pretty inexpensive.

No have not noticed. Did you calibrate or let battery drain < 5%. Other than that don't know.
Didn't calibrate but have let them die completely and less than 5%
