Back up Music Playlists on a Droid

    Back up Music Playlists on a Droid

    I did the 2.2 system update this morning on my Droid and it wiped out hours of work I did building playlists from my music.

    Is there some way to protect, preserve, or backup playlists created with the music app on the Droid?

    I don't know the answer to that.

    But, I was looking for an easy way to make playlists using my cmputer, and I found that if I mount my Droid harddrives to my pc, then I can just drag the music into WinAmp and save them as a Playlist on the Droid harddrive in a folder that I made called My Playlists. It works great and I can easily make playlists now... And back them up as well...

    MyBackUp Pro backs up playlists. Its a great backup tool.

    I posted how I did it in this thread where I was asking for help. If you know how to plug your Droid Inc into your pc as a hard drive then this should be fairly easy. Let me know if you need any help.

    How do you Manually Edit a Music Playlist?
