Problem getting podcasts on the phone.

I'm trying to get podcasts for the Big O and Dukes Show, formerly on 106.7 wjfk. The show was cancelled but i'm pretty sure the podcasts are still out there. I'd like to get the podcasts to the phone through Google Listen or some other free app, but i'm having a hard time finding the rss feed link that i need and configuring an app to play them. If someone has more experience with me, could they please help me out? This is my first time ever trying to subscribe to a podcast, not just on a phone, so this entire process is foreign to me.
