OK I have a couple questions... I am using "Launcher Pro", and it took ALOT of time to get the screens and other settings set to my liking, including having to replace every icon on 6 screens when I installed it. Wasn't real thrilled with that, but I replaced every icon.
On my home screen, I have only widgets. A digital clock widget at the top, a photo widget with my girlfriend's pic, a battery widget, and the weather channel widget. When I reboot my phone, the digital clock widget says "restart this widget", and all the other widgets are gone and replaced with "problem loading widget".
If I make the switch to this launcher...
Will I lose all my icons again and have to replace them on each and every screen?
Will my widgets survive a reboot?

widgets wont survive with a reboot if they are on your sdcard

I just checked, and all the widgets I am losing on a reboot are on the phone, not the SD card, and it says "Applications that cannot be moved to the external storage".

I do believe your entire setup will disappear and you will get adw default (your wallpaper might stay though, its been a while since I first made the switch to adw in the first place)

However, you can always go back to launcherpro, unless you uninstall it. And your widgets/settings should still be there

I have already uninstalled LauncherPro, the widgets won't stay on my home screen. I liked the features, I liked the look, but I didn't like having to reinstall 4 widgets on my home screen every time I had to reboot.

That's cool, I hope you enjoy your ADW.Launcher experience
I'll be adding more ways to customize without even getting into settings.
You can REALLY tweak it using settings but that's going to be a bit more involved.

I haven't installed ADW .... YET. Since I have ONLY widgets on my home screen, are they going to remain after a reboot? That was my only gripe with LauncherPro, every time I rebooted my phone all the widgets were gone from the home screen.

Nope, my widgets stay on my home screens, however gotta make sure your widget controlling apps are installed to your phone and not your SD card.
