Is there an app which will manage incoming calls and let me block specific numbers as well as private and no caller ids?

Google Voice will do all those things and more, try to get an invite.

if you access your verizonwireless.com account, go to "my services", click on "spam controls" you can block up to 5 numbers and they'll expire 90 days after you hit that "apply" button. you can repeat this action, once the 90 days is up.
