Apps dissapearing on reboot

Having the same issue with my rooted FRG22D Droid1 with no theme, but with Launcher Pro Plus. The apps on the SD reappear, but with no distinctive time. Even after restarting Launcher Pro Plus multiple times, the apps won't show. What's more annoying and problematic is that it went let me install any apps before the other "missing" apps finally repopulate, which I have have no control over. And since my Titanium Backup is on the Sd card, thus "missing", I can't even restore my apps. Hope this bug is fixed soon.

What fixed (again / this time) was a stuck app in the market trying to update. I uninstalled the app and my icons re-appeared properly.

Wondering if anyone else has seen this issue and if there is a fix.

I'm runnining Launcher Pro on Moto Droid1.
On some of my home screens I use folders with similar apps in them.

When I reboot, some of my sdcard installed apps show up with the generic droid icon and I've been restarting launcher pro and that brings them back.

However, when you go into one of the folders I have none of THOSE sdcard installed apps icons come back. They are still stuck on generic droid-face.

Anyone else see this? Any ideas how to fix?

Hmmm weird. I had always been going into
MENU>SETTINGS>APPS>MANAGE APPS and restarting Launcher Pro that way.

Didnt know it was in the menu there.

Now, another question, since we all have to do this fairly regularly, any change of there being a widget for that function somewhere? Or buildable?

I am running Sapphire 1.11 with ADW Launcher and this is occurring anytime I reboot the phone. Restarting the Launcher does not bring back any applications that are saved to SD. Eventually they seem to come back after multiple reboots, but it can be hours before this happens. During the period where they won't restore, I can also not successfully install an application from the market or from Titanium Backup. However, once they eventually reappear, everything seems normal. It is driving me nuts, and leaves me afraid to reboot the phone.

The root of all my problems was a crappy SD card. Once I cleaned up the SD card and popped it back in, everything ran like a charm.

I have a question about the apps on the SD card. See if anyone has run into that. I have over600 apps on my phone. works ok. One time though I transfered about 145 apps on my sd card and lost it. I reinstalled those apps and have moved 95 with APPS2SD and so far everthing is good. Does anyone have experience with this app and how many could I move with it for it not to mess up and then I cant see them?
