Question about GDE...Instructions?

I've tried searching for instructions on using GDE Home. For example, if you look at at about 30 seconds you can see a spinning of several icons on the same screen. How do you set that up? Is that by setting up folders? Every time I search, I find sites that say what it can do, but not how to make that happen.

Thanks. That widget should be a separate app in the Market.

That is the whole point of things like GDE. They need to make money, that is a feature of GDE.
