Minor Irritation in gTalk

If it weren't for my friend with an EVO bugging me about it I might not care but.....

While using gTalk his icon shows as an Android while looking at my gmail from a comp.
When he's looking at his gmail, I'm lacking the Android icon.

Mind you, this while I'm signed out of Gmail on the computer, aaaaand I have "show mobile" selected in gtalk settings on my phone.

Yup. Lame gripe, but wanted to see if any one had seen this/fixed it already.



Wouldn't it would matter, but FYI: running BBV04.

This is actually a "labs" setting in gmail proper. It is handy to know if your friends are at a computer or just connected via their phone.

Aha! And there it is.

My buddy didn't have that turned on. I forgot that I had enabled that myself.
