Skype Lite app keeps timing out on Droit--Any help?

My Skype Lite app. keeps loging out after about 10 minutes. I have the droit plugged in so it never goes to sleep, and the Skype lite app. still logs out.

This is a hassle because I have to reenter my PW to get back in every time.

Any thought on how to prevent the Skype Lite app. from automatically timing out on the Droid?
