Still need simple, reliable business apps

I'm still looking for a couple of simple apps that people in business need and that are realiable - not the ones in the Market right now that have very bad reviews. I need a good call recorder (prefrrably one that doesn't require that the call be on the speakerphone) and a good voice recorder that can be used like a dictaphone. This doesn't seem to be all that hard or unusual of a request, but there is little out there that can do those two functions that haven't been panned in reviews.

I'm also interested in the Layer Browser, which its Web site says is available on the Android Market web site. I can find it there; but I can't for the life of me figure out how to buy anything at that frustrating site.
