Modify icon grid on home screens? 5x4?

    Modify icon grid on home screens? 5x4?

    Any apps out there that changes the screen grids from 4x4 to 5x4 perhaps? I want 5 rows.

    Hmm I forgot to mention that I have Launcher+ and i'd like to use it with a row mod app.
