    This is what I've been waiting for - an APK that does all of the 50 steps that most people are afraid of.

    I would suggest screen shots of every step for people who need an application like this - the audience is not as tech savvy as you guys (including me).

    Also after reading this I'm not sure how fast it will go or what's included - is it everything the Nexus has? Animated wallpapers and 5 screens etc...? MultiTouch like they just released?

    thought I'd check one more time.

    uninstall and reinstall the app, when you go to select rom it seems to be freezing it's not, it just takes a long time.
