anyone know if i use this to root my droid can i then install a different rom such as bugless beast or would i only be able to run the sholes rom that comes preloaded?

i got all the way to save or wipe data no problem. now it's asking "choose your bashrc (for adbshell). choices are Linux/Mac OS X color bashrc or Windows Non-Colored bashrc?

Open the Settings app and go to Applications. Find the home app you set to be the default, and press the 'clear defaults' button in its detail view.
If you reinstall the ROM and remove the home screen you dont want, that will also fix it.

I just wanted to say thanks, great tool. One thing I am noticing is that I am not able to launch the Pure Grid Calendar widget. I try to load the widget and it just says loading data and nothing happens. Anyone else have this calendar and had this same problem? I had this same problem when I loaded the Launcher 2.1 from the market the other day also.

If you don't use adb, this setting doesnt matter. Just select whichever OS you use on your computer.
